DVLA Authorised Facility
The current law (End of life vehicle regulations act 2003) requires that all vehicles that have come to the end of their life are disposed of using an authorised car breakers and dismantlers facility such as ours in Evesham. We are ISDE registered so that we can electronically notify DVLA that your vehicle has been environmentally scrapped and registered as such.
If you do not do this then the DVLA will have you as the last keeper and will get road tax demands from DVLA or a visit from the Evesham police.
Failure to get a car properly scrapped through an authorised car breakers like us in Evesham can result in further expense to you (the last registered keeper) if that vehicle is put back on the road and then involved in crime, parking fines or speed camera tickets.
